At Oswal Diamonds, we take great care to ensure that every jewellery article meets our quality standards. We request customers to carefully review product specifications, sizing, customisation details, and this Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Return & Refund Deductions

Where a return or refund is accepted by Oswal Diamonds, the refundable value will be calculated after the following applicable deductions:

Making Charges:
The complete making charges applicable to the jewellery article will be deducted and are non-refundable.

Diamond Value:
Where the jewellery article contains diamonds, 10% of the applicable diamond amount/value will be deducted.

Colour Stone Value:
Where the jewellery article contains colour stones, the complete applicable value of the colour stones will be deducted.

Any additional deductions specifically disclosed and agreed upon at the time of purchase may also apply.

Customised & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Jewellery that has been customised, resized, engraved, altered, personalised, or specially manufactured according to the customer's requirements may not ordinarily be eligible for return or exchange except where the product delivered is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

Conditions for an Accepted Return

Where a return has been approved, the jewellery must be returned in its original condition along with the original packaging, invoice, certificates, authenticity documents, accessories, and any other items supplied with the product.

The jewellery must not have been damaged, altered, repaired, engraved, or modified by the customer or any third party after delivery.

Oswal Diamonds reserves the right to conduct a quality inspection and verification of the returned jewellery before approving the final refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Oswal Diamonds promptly after delivery with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, the eligible refund amount will be calculated after applicable deductions mentioned in this policy.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method. The time required for the amount to reflect may additionally depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
